In 2013, he moved to the Mansfield area where he continued to work in Veterinary ER at a large emergency hospital and transitioned into Chief of Operations, where he found his passion extended into hospital management. In 2020, Dr. Daniels elected to leave this ER to pursue opening his own. Before opening VEHM he worked relief at nearly a dozen ER facilities in DFW gaining further experience in how different facilities run before starting his own. Despite multiple delays associated with COVID and construction issues, VEHM opened on September 10th, 2021.
Dr. Daniels’s professional interests and advanced training include soft tissue surgery, ultrasound, endoscopy, and critical care. He particularly enjoys training and mentoring veterinarians wanting to pursue a career or strengthen their skills in emergency medicine. Dr. Daniels has owned German Shepherds over his entire life. He has also fostered cats and dogs while recovering from various ailments until they found a forever home. Currently, he owns two German Shepherd Dogs, Natalie and Alexander. Both of whom were rescued due to life-threatening illnesses.
When Dr. Daniels is not working at the hospital or treating pets, he enjoys traveling, smoking bbq, and any activity on the water. He also enjoys watching Dallas Cowboys or Texas A&M football. Dr. Daniels hopes to continue expanding the reach and abilities of VEHM along with pursuing the highest standards of care for patients and clients. He strives to provide a positive work culture and promote the importance management plays in compassion fatigue in the veterinary community.

Dr. Jung’s choice to become a veterinarian was driven by her deep love for animals and the challenge of medicine. She particularly enjoys her work in emergency medicine due to the constant variety she encounters. She is enjoying expanding her expertise in ultrasound skills.
In her personal life, Dr. Jung decided to move back to North Texas with her son to be closer to family. When she is not at VEHM, she enjoys spending time with her son, dog and four cats.

Dr. Fancher attended Katy High School where she participated in athletics and FFA, where she raised and showed lambs. She then went on to Texas A&M University to pursue a B.S. in Animal Science and graduated with the highest distinction, Summa Cum Laude. While attending Texas A&M’s Veterinary school, her love for emergency medicine grew and she joined the Student Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society and she attained both RECOVER and Fear Free certifications. Her passions in practice include critical care, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery.
Dr. Fancher became a veterinarian to not only advocate for her patients that can not speak for themselves but also to provide a source of peace and comfort for owners in their time of need.
She relocated from College Station to Mansfield with her two dogs: Nala (2 year-old rescue German Shepherd mix) and Krueger (1 year-old Doberman).
