The staff is wonderful! They saved our puppy life. Very knowledgeable and kind. He contracted parvo at 8 weeks old. He stayed in the hospital for 3 days. The staff took very good care of Ranger and kept us informed on how he was doing. Ranger is now 5 months old and weighs a healthy 48 pounds! Can't say enough. Thank you to everyone!

I had to take my beautiful fur baby over night to the emergency room and it turned out Stevie had FIP. It was heartbreaking and we had to put him to sleep. But I wanted to take a min and share how nice and empathetic the staff was. Dr. Daniel was extremely patient and understanding and Rosa was extremely sweet. Two days later we took EscObElLA ( our other kitty ) for a check up, and we loved Dr. Krista as well! Thank you for sending us personal card! That was very thoughtful!

I had to take my retired PSD here after he was having several issues that come with the job he did for so many years. Dr. Daniels did everything he could to help my dog and help me with the difficult decision of having to put him down. They took care of everything and made the process as smooth as it could be given the circumstances. I would highly recommend anyone to take their animals here.

We received first class care with our very sick dog. Dr Francher and all the techs and staff were so compassionate. We are grateful we got to being Carlton home. Continuing to pray the treatment works.

My dog seemed to have what I thought was a digestive problem, but she instead had terminal liver failure. I appreciated the very frank and detailed diagnosis and options available to me. I was totally shocked because my dog has old been ill once in her 15 years. I especially appreciated what a great way the staff handled the euthanasia. It was incredibly hard for me. My wife passed 2 years ago from cancer. Sweet Pea was her dog, but became very close to me after her passing. I was devastated at losing our dog just 2 years later so how this was handled so compassionately really meant a lot to me.

Every member of their staff is truly professional. I could not find fault with any part of the entire experience.

Everybody said how expensive going to ER would be. Frankly, it was right in line with what I’ve for at a 9-5 veterinary clinic. When your pet is dire straits, this is definitely the place to take them.

I want to thank the Veterinary Emergency Hospital of Midlothian for treating my dog Bonnie, she arrived with hemorrhagic diarrhea, I was very worried but the staff was very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Paula Montoya explained the causes and what It was going to be done, she even explained it to me in Spanish, which is my first language, which I am infinitely grateful for. Bonnie was hospitalized for 12 hours due to the dehydration she had and they treated her very well. The cost was reasonable because it was an emergency. and she stayed hospitalized, I highly recommend this hospital if you have an emergency with your fur baby, today Bonnie is happy and healthy at home with her family.

You will love this emergency clinic. Dr. Paula Montoya is wonderful! She is gentle in her explanation of what is wrong and what needs to be done to help your pet. The staff greeted me quickly and assisted in setting up our account. She was very friendly, and helpful. Thank you Midlothian Emergency and Dr. Paula for your kindness and help for our Sheltie Annie.

I have had two occasions to use this emergency vet in the last year. The experience was positive both times. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The charges, considering it is an emergency facility, were reasonable (especially since I had used the one in Mansfield a couple of times prior to this one opening and they were high).

Both times, they correctly diagnosed the condition of my dog, came up with a treatment that worked and supplied all the follow-up instructions and medications necessary. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Best animal ER I've been to! They really do care about your fur baby! They will work with you on medications if you happen to have some at home from a fur baby who passed away 🙏. Love this place and knowing my boy was in in the best hands! 💙 …

Words can’t describe how amazing the staff at Midlothian Animal ER are! I stopped in around 3:30am one morning with our barley 5 day old puppy needing oxygen. Our sweet pup was having breathing issues and as soon as I walked in, the staff were very diligent and ready to take her back for care. I cannot remember the doctor’s name that I saw, I just remember his cool mustache. He was so professional and informative regarding our sweet puppy. We unfortunately had to euthanize her as she wasn't going to make it. Days later I received a sympathy card on Mother’s Day with the staff’s signatures and a lovely message in the card. It was so sweet and thoughtful of them to send us something. I hope to not need to go back to the ER for any of my fur babies, but if do, I’ll definitely go back to the Midlothian location.

My pet was not feeling good not eating and seemed very bloated. It was Friday night and his usual vet was closed. While on the search for an Emergency Room I ran into this one. I do not regret bringing Simba for them to care for him. He was diagnosed with Parvo and was treated with care. Dr. Lamarche was also very helpful to provide the necessary steps for his recovery. I wanted to thank the team for the support they had provided
